Daily Routine

My daily routine starts at 7:30am. I get dressed eat and prepare my lunch for the day. I arrive to the law firm, around 9am. So I vacuum and check the voicemails first. Then I check the email and take notes on those that are in Spanish. I translate them and notify the attorney or paralegal of the message. Then I go over a list given to me by the paralegals or attorney on clients that I have to call or email. Then it is lunch flr an hour. When I come back I check the mail and separate it. Then I help the attorney and paralegals on whatever else they need. Sometimes is running errands, while sometimes is to help with plea offers, office organization and inventory, managing the calendar, etc. Then at about 5pm I leave the office for my routine to start again then next day
