Introducing Myself

My name is Arianna Garcia and I am a freshman at FSU, with an interest in a law related career. I was born in Venezuela, and moved to the US during my junior year in high school. My major is Political Science and hopefully Criminology as well. My summer experience is related to law. I will be working in a law firm as a Spanish Interpreter and Translator and also serve as a legal assistant. The law firm has many low income and marginalized minorities and they try to help them in the legal field. I expect to gain an insight in criminal law and they overall work flow of an attorney specialized in criminal cases. I also expect to help those non-english speakers get the best representation possible and feel like my effort actually helps. I will be staying in Tallahassee and I am ready to start!
