Interest Change!

In the fall and spring, I was more focused on research and women studies for my Global Scholars summer. However, my actual experience taught me a lot more in various areas. It shifted to a the disabled community, one that is not very prominent in Nepal. The women I taught showed me to look at the bigger picture and I believe that’s (hopefully) what I have done. Going into fall there is a definite emphasis on focusing on my potential HITM, focusing on the disabled community.
