Upon pursuing EMT school, I discovered a new, tight-knit community of first responders in emergency medicine. Although we have our differences, my class has established a sense of unity and understanding through our clear passion for medicine and excitement for patient care. EMT school has its challenges, but we find tranquility through the realization that we are not alone, and that we have each other’s backs.
EMT school has shown me that a common sense of purpose is crucial in establishing a healthy community.
