My first week consisted of orientation to help us interns get introduced to each other and the environment we will be working in. On the first day of orientation, we went over multiple instructional slideshows that detailed how we can best do our job. We took tours of campus and organized materials in preparation for the next coming weeks.
It has been hard to create a schedule because I am taking two classes on top of working this internship this summer. However, I have come to the conclusion that as long as I dedicate my time after work to school, I should be fine. I am very excited to start my experience and meet the kids that I will be working with!
