Hello! My name is Alanna Densmore and I am a current sophomore at Florida State University. This summer I will be embarking on a formative experience in Dublin Ireland. I am filling the international student opportunity slot at UCD shadowing research dealing with large language models. Our goal is to see how Al is affecting digital forensics investigation. I am fascinated by this project and I am so excited to learn more.
I am so excited to travel to Dublin because my mom is a first generation immigrant from Dublin. She moved to America a few years before I was born and stories of her time growing up in Dublin were always so exciting to me.
I am looking forward to meeting other UCD students as well as experiencing real research as an undergraduate. I expect to meet students from all across Europe. As the only international student on this team I am excited to be a representative of FSU and share my experiences with peers. I can’t wait to embark on this 8 week journey!
