Experimentando a fin

A map of where we were would be in a way linear by this point. We had set up a new fermentation so our sphere of locations had shifted a bit by now. Our first few weeks would have consisted of our place of residence, the university, and the local supermarkets. Once we had a new fermentation set in place we added into our weekly schedules the farm that the fermentation was taking place to take samples and to turn the cacao. In comparison I would say that the first few weeks the spheres of where I would be are relatively similar with the exception that I would normally go to a place to dance and hangout with friends. Later on once we got a fermentation setup we would spend 2-3 hours on the farm doing everything necessary to get our samples and see how the fermentation was going.
