A Completed Summer Experience

I have officially finished all the summer experiences this past week! The last experience I had was completing my CMA (Clinical Medical Assistant) course and receive my certification.

The week of the course was a lot of work, but it was so interesting and I had so much fun! I was able to learn so much about medicine and myself when it came to practicing these medical skills. I learned about phlebotomy, EKG testing, injections, and how to perform certain tests that might be commonly seen. Despite it being very exhausting, it really made me see a different side and really established the fact that I want to be apart of the medical field to help others.

At the end of the week, I took my certification exam and passed! So now I can be “Veronika Nash, CCMA” and start looking for a job that will provide so much experience, knowledge, and clinical hours to better myself and for medical school.

Since I have completed my experiences, I am now able to start my Capstone project and start bringing in my ideas together. My views definitely have changed from the beginning and I think once I start writing my Capstone, the ideas and flow will come together itself!
