Volunteering with ECHO (June 19th)

I have been volunteering at ECHO (Emergency Care Health Organization) for a few weeks now. The volunteering environment has been one that is very structured and organized. I have been given specific tasks every week to aid in the mission of the organization. I have spent many hours organizing and packing bags with food items. These items have then been given to families and individuals in need of emergency care. I am glad to learn from individuals at the organization and spend my time in a way that is beneficial to others.
